Shane Guidaboni is a photographer based in Somerville, Massachusetts.

 

His work centers on quiet, often overlooked moments in public space.

Working through observation rather than staging, he photographs people waiting, commuting, resting, and briefly falling into alignment with their surroundings. He is particularly interested in the tension between shared environments and private experience.

 

His photographs have been exhibited at the Photographic Resource Center in Cambridge and The Curated Fridge in Somerville. He is currently developing the ongoing project Between Movements.
