I'm Shane, a photographer based in Massachusetts.

 

I'm drawn to moments that feel honest and unguarded.

Quiet exchanges, in-between expressions, and the things that happen when people forget about the camera for a second.

 

I photograph weddings, portraits, and small gatherings.

Focusing on observation rather than direction.

 

I don't aim to manufacture moments or impose a style.

I try to stay present, attentive, and out of the way. 

 

This work began by photographing people close to me, and it continues the same way. Slowly, thoughtfully, and with care for the people involved.
